Quality Standards
Our filaments are produced with strict attention to the following criteria:
Consistent Diameter
Our standard filament diameter is 1.75 mm with a manufacturing tolerance of ±0.05 mm.
Consistent diameter helps ensure stable extrusion, accurate layer deposition, and reliable print quality across a wide range of FDM 3D printers.
Clean Material
The polymer melt is filtered during production to remove solid contaminants before extrusion.
This significantly reduces the risk of nozzle clogging caused by impurities in the filament.
Material Integrity
Each spool is inspected to ensure the filament is free from manufacturing defects such as excessive brittleness, internal voids, or air bubbles.
These defects may affect printing performance and are not considered acceptable.
Moisture and Filament Storage
Like most thermoplastic materials, 3D printing filament naturally absorbs moisture from the surrounding environment over time.
Even when supplied in sealed packaging, prolonged storage after opening may lead to moisture absorption, which can affect print quality.
For the best results, we recommend:
- Store filament in a dry, sealed container.
- Use desiccant packs whenever possible.
- Dry the filament before printing if moisture is suspected.
Moisture absorbed after delivery is considered part of normal material handling and is not regarded as a manufacturing defect.
Dust on the Filament
Occasionally, a small amount of dust may adhere to the filament due to static electricity during handling or storage.
This does not affect material quality and can easily be removed by using a simple filament cleaning sponge or dust filter before the extruder.
Warranty
If you believe your filament has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will carefully review your request and, where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, including replacement of the affected product when applicable.
